Me as a Coach
My Story
As an Agile and Professional Coach, my main focus is on evolving individuals and complex organizations to respond to new internal and market needs.
My areas of expertise involve spreading the principles and values of Lean and Agile, training and facilitating interaction and collaboration between individuals and groups, mentoring on agile and coaching and corporate reorganizations / transformations.
The role of the Agile Coach is to create / improve processes between multiple teams, spreading Agile practices (Scrum / Kanban / XP), favoring the process of creating and prioritizing the entire product value stream with an iterative and incremental approach.
Expertise in Professional Coaching is the added value in the role of an Agile Coach.
This means co-creating a thought-provoking and creative process with individuals or teams to inspire them to maximize their performance by helping to adopt new behaviors in their daily life to achieve the goals they set themselves.
The systemic approach adopted (System coaching) has the ultimate purpose of improving the organization’s products / services by collecting different perspectives of the system itself, which are then translated into insights (sense-making model).
My professional background is also based on twenty years of experience in the roles of backend developer, lead developer and product owner between Milan and London.
